The apartment has retained some of its original stone barn features making it cool in summer and cosy in winter, with an electric log burner in the lounge and gas central heating in each room.

Jill and Michael, the Owners, have worked hard to make sure that a holiday at Garden View is all you would expect it to be. Even by the time you have reached the front door, you will realise that this is a very special place… and when you step inside you will not be disappointed.

The fully glazed door leads directly into the lounge with lovely views of the garden and pond with birds and squirrels feeding and a far reaching vista across the surrounding countryside.

The Lounge

Is equipped with an electric, touch sensor controlled, log fire – two seater comfortable leather sofa, armchair, foot stool, occasional tables – flat-screen LCD TV – cabinet with novels, maps, guides. Dining room table and chairs – oak laminate flooring. WiFi Available.

The Bedroom

Equipped with Zip and Link beds (which can be super king size or twin) – sliding wardrobes – chests of drawers – dressing table – hairdryer – bedside tables with lights with Alarm Clock Radio. Door to the Utility Room with washing machine – tumble drier.

Towels, and all bed linen are provided, together with welcome toiletries.


Has fitted cabinets, fridge and freezer – NEFF ceramic hob and full size fan electric cooker – microwave and a comprehensive range of crockery and equipment.


Kudos shower cabinet with Mira shower – fully tiled – wall heater and laminate tiled floor.


Is south facing, perfect for evening sundowners – wooden table, chairs & Barbecue.

Car parking is off road to the rear of the property on a gravelled area to the side of the garden adjacent to the owners garages.
